The Meghalaya Basin Development Authority (MBDA) invites applications from eligible candidates to fill up the following positions on contractual basis.

1. Name of the Post: Senior Consultant – Reproductive Maternal Neonatal and Child Health (RMNCH).
2. Qualifications: MBBS or higher qualification MD/Ph.D. in Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Family Medicine, Public Health, Community Medicine, Nursing, or related field from recognized and reputed universities/institutions.
3. Experiences/Skills: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification work experience in leading large scale is required

1. Name of the Post: Junior Consultant – Reproductive Maternal Neonatal and Child Health (RMNCH).

1. Name of the Post: Senior Consultant – Monitoring & Evaluation.
2. Qualifications: Post Graduate Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Demography, Population Studies, Development Studies, Management or related field from recognized and reputed universities/institutions.
3. Experience & Skills: For Senior Consultant; Minimum 10 years of post-qualification work experience in designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation of health and nutrition programs.

1. Name of the Post: Senior Consultant – Human Resources for Health (HRH).
2. Qualifications: Post-Graduate qualification in Hospital Management, Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, Paramedical Courses, Management or equivalent from recognized and reputed universities/ institutions.
3. Experience & Skills: Minimum 07 years of post-qualification experience in the field of public health including state or national-level experience in the development of Human Resource for Health.

3. Experience & Skills: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in the field of social development, gender and development, and women’s health.

2. Qualifications: A master’s or higher qualification in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or related field from recognized and reputed universities/ institutions.
3. Experience & Skills: Minimum 10 years of experience with designing, implementing, or evaluating digital health activities in public health settings.

1. Name of the Post: Junior Consultant – Digital Health.

5. Strong understanding of digital health technologies, including electronic health records (EHRs), telemedicine, mobile health applications, health monitoring systems, electronic medical record systems, and other digital health solutions.
6. Strong understanding of public health data systems, indicators, healthcare processes, workflows, and regulations.
7. Research work (published work/reports or studies) on digital health or health informatics is highly desirable.

3. Experience & Skills: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification work experience in leading large-scale programs for primary health care and community health.

1. Name of the Post: Junior Consultant – Comprehensive Primary Healthcare (CPHC).
2. Qualifications: MBBS with higher qualification MD/Ph.D. in Community Medicine/Community Health Administration/Public Health or equivalent from recognized and reputed universities/institutions.
3. Experience & Skills: Minimum 05 years of post-qualification work experience in leading large-scale programs for primary health care and community health. Proven experience in designing, leading, and implementing large-scale research and/or evaluation projects related to public health would be advantageous.

1. Name of the Post: Consultant – Knowledge Management.
2. Qualifications: Postgraduate in fields such as mass communication, journalism, development studies, English literature, social work, sociology, public health, management, or any other relevant social science or humanities subject, from a recognized institution.
3. Experience & Skills: Minimum of over 05 years of relevant work experience in dealing with publications, data management/IT support/website management.
4. Proven experience in working on government programs and with community institutions would be advantageous.
5. Candidates having an ability to make good PowerPoint presentations and other communication materials such as reports, case studies, op-eds, and policy briefs will be preferred.
6. Proven experience in content and project management will be preferred.
7. A demonstrated skill in photography/videography/ video editing/ graphic designing is preferred.

9. Salary: Rs. 70,000/- per month.

1. Name of the Post: Research Associate (SHSRC).
2. Qualifications: Post-graduate in fields such as public health, social work, development studies, sociology, gender studies, psychology, education, early childhood, statistics, economics, or any other relevant social science subject, from a recognized institution.
3. Experience & Skills: A graduate with over 02 years of relevant work experience involving field research, report writing, and/or data analysis can also apply.
4. Proven experience in working on health programs and with community institutions would be advantageous.
5. Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office and G-Suite applications. (Google doc, spreadsheet and slides)
6. Ability to speak and write in any local language (Khasi, Garo or Pnar) is mandatory
7. No. of Vacancy: 2 (Two).
8. Salary: Rs. 50,000/- per month.

Age Limit: Candidates for consultant positions must be below 60 years of age, while those applying for non-consultant positions should be up to 45 years old.
