Recruitment Notice: Additional District Programme Manager under MGNREGA, East Khasi Hills District

The Office of the Project Director, DRDA (MGNREGA-Cell), East Khasi Hills District, Shillong invites applications from interested and eligible candidates who are permanent residents of East Khasi Hills District and willing to work in rural areas for the following post under the MGNREGA programme.

Position: Additional District Programme Manager
Number of Post: 1 (One)
Place of Posting: SRES-DID, East Khasi Hills District

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Rural Development, Agricultural Extension, Social Work, or a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development, or an equivalent qualification from any recognized or reputed university.

Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the relevant field.

Age Limit:
Applicants should not be more than 32 years of age. A relaxation of 5 years will be granted for candidates belonging to ST/SC categories.

Remuneration:
A fixed monthly salary of ₹25,000/-.

Nature of Appointment:
The position is purely temporary and will be on a contractual basis for a period of one (1) year, extendable based on performance during the project period. No TA/DA will be provided for candidates appearing for the written examination.
