The Meghalaya State Rural Livelihoods Society (MSRLS) – District Mission Management Unit (DMMU), Eastern West Khasi Hills District, invites applications from eligible citizens of Meghalaya for the post of Block Office Assistant to be placed at the Block Mission Management Unit (BMMU), Mawthadraishan Block.

This engagement is on a purely contractual basis, and selected candidates will have no claim for permanent employment under the Government or any of its organizations.

Qualification and Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in office administration, data entry, or related work.
3. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or local language.
4. Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
5. Ability in record-keeping, file management, and documentation.
6. Competence in drafting official letters, emails, and maintaining registers.
7. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
8. Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and related tools.
9. Age: Within 30 years as of the date of application.

Monthly Remuneration

₹14,040/- (Rupees Fourteen Thousand Forty only) per month.
