Recruitment Notice: District Project Assistant & Block Coordinator under POSHAN Abhiyaan

The Office of the District Programme Officer, ICDS Cell, West Khasi Hills, Nongstoin invites applications from eligible and interested candidates who are permanent residents of South West Khasi Hills District for the following contractual positions under the POSHAN Abhiyaan (National Nutrition Mission). The appointments will be based at the Office of the Child Development Project Officer, ICDS Project Mawkyrwat, South West Khasi Hills District.

1. District Project Assistant

• Number of Post: 1 (One)
• Age Limit: 18–32 years
• Remuneration (Fixed): ₹18,000 per month
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate Diploma in Management, Social Science, or Nutrition
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in capacity building with supervisory skills
  • Proficiency in computer operations
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and the local language
  • Preference will be given to local candidates

2. Block Coordinator

• Number of Post: 1 (One)
• Age Limit: 18–32 years
• Remuneration (Fixed): ₹20,000 per month
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Graduate Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in capacity building with supervisory skills
  • Proficiency in computer operations
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and the local language
  • Preference will be given to local candidates
